"Frustrating site to use"
I tried using the site and got annoyed quickly. The menus felt clunky, pages were loading weirdly, and even finding basic info took way longer than it should have. I also had to dig around for details I expected to see clearly in an email or receipt, which made it even more frustrating. Overall, not a great experience for me.

"Return process was kinda frustrating"
I tried to return mine and get some warranty help, but it went nowhere. There was a lot of back and forth and I never really got a clear fix. Kinda disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d buy from Fritaire again...

"It cooks the food fine for the..."
It cooks the food fine for the most part, though every now and then it seems a little uneven. Not a huge deal, and I’m sure it’s still doing the job okay.

"Easier to clean, but still not effortless"
I do like that I’m not stuck scrubbing a greasy basket, so that’s definitely a plus. But the glass bowl still takes some work to get clean, especially after cooking anything sticky. It’s not a dealbreaker, just not quite as easy as I was hoping. I also haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service because, i don’t really trust them to be much help unless something is seriously wrong.

"Feels cheaper than I expected"
I really liked the idea of this, and it does technically work, but the weird part is it started feeling worn down way sooner than I expected. Some of the pieces just feel a little flimsy, and after only a few weeks I could already notice signs of wear. It’s still usable for now, but I’m not super confident it’s going to hold up long term. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier.

"Looks great on my counter"
The site has nice, clean colors, and the fryer itself looks stylish sitting on my counter. A few pages felt a little crowded, which seems totally preventable with a simpler layout, but overall the design is nice and easy enough to browse.

"Food turned out dry and chewy"
I was hoping for better, but the food came out bland and dry, actually, more rubbery than just dry. It was chewy in a way that made it hard to enjoy

"Customer service was fine, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to fritaire.com with a question about my order, i was kind of sitting there thinking, okay… did my message disappear into the void? The reply took longer than I expected, and I ended up following up once before I got an answer.

To be fair, the person who responded was polite and did give me the information I needed, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just wish the support had been quicker and a little clearer from the beginning, because that would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot smoother.

"Too expensive for what it is"
I ordered from fritaire.com because I figured it had to be decent for the price, but i’m kind of annoyed I spent that much. For what you actually get, it just feels overpriced, and I was expecting more right away.

It works fine, I guess, but not in a way that makes me feel like the cost was worth it. I don’t really have the patience to keep convincing myself it was a good buy, and I definitely wouldn’t order it again

"Too small for family dinners"
I thought this would work for our family meals, but it’s just way too small. Like, I opened it up and immediately wondered how I was supposed to fit enough food in there for everyone. Maybe it’s fine for one or two people, but for a full family dinner, it just doesn’t really cut it.

"Still thinking about the slow delivery"
My order did show up in good shape, so no complaints there. But since it just arrived later than I expected, that’s the part sticking with me right now. The tracking barely updated along the way, which made the wait feel even longer. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a little frustrating and definitely something that could be better
